Liz (she/her) is a gender-affirming and dedicated clinician with over 20 years of experience delivering mental health and behavioural services to families and adults.  Liz's personalized approach to treatment aims to bring clarity into complex life circumstances. Her clients have noted that she is welcoming, non-judgemental and effective in her approach to helping them to achieve their goals.  The counselling process can be overwhelming.  Liz is skilled at creating comfort and rapport while incorporating humour and levity into the most intense situations.  She will take the time to learn about her clients strengths and skills because these are some of the most important factors that build resilience when life feels heavy.
