Jessica believes that clients can learn to be the best version of themselves when they begin to take healthy risks and begin examining their thoughts, emotions and behavioural patterns.  Her clients may be struggling with social anxiety, overthinking, not saying what they truly feel, settling for less than they deserve, low mood, or self-doubt.  Jessica is committed to helping her clients achieve their goals, take control of their lives, and improve their communication skills by using effective treatment approaches that include traditional talk therapy, as well as creative arts-based interventions.

When she is not working with her clients, Jessica enjoys indulging in classic Jane Austen novels, experimenting with new recipes, and spending time with her family.  Jessica’s warm, welcoming and gentle personality is a welcome addition to our team.

If your benefits provider does not offer reimbursement for Registered Psychotherapy, Jessica can provide services under the Supervision of a Registered Social Worker.
